Armani Exchange is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Laval location, Full-Time.

As a pivotal figure within the Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will lead a diverse team, motivating and inspiring them on a daily basis. Your role will be essential in driving sales, delivering an outstanding customer experience, cultivating talent, and ensuring smooth store operations. Your entrepreneurial mindset, passion for the brand, and retail knowledge will significantly enhance the journey for both customers and associates.

In the capacity of Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in client relationship strategies and provide immediate coaching to team members on the sales floor. Your active presence will promote client excellence and build trust with both clients and team members to optimize revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for effective communication within the team.

To thrive in this position, you must lead with integrity, collaborate effectively, exhibit intellectual curiosity, be strategic, adaptable to change, and results-oriented. As part of the management team, you will set an example by driving sales both personally and through your team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven success as a Client Advisor and a strong team collaborator
  • Preferred educational background: College/Post-Secondary degree
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate
  • Familiarity with retail systems and office software
  • Flexible availability for varied scheduling
  • Additional language proficiency is a valuable asset
