ROLE OVERVIEW

En tant qu' Assistant Store Manager au sein de Giorgio Armani, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre équipe de direction. Vous serez responsable de motiver et d'inspirer une équipe diversifiée pour atteindre des objectifs de vente ambitieux et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour stimuler les ventes et optimiser l'expérience client.
  • Développer et encadrer les talents au sein de l'équipe pour assurer un fonctionnement harmonieux du magasin.
  • Être présent sur le plancher de vente pour garantir un service client de haute qualité et fournir un coaching en temps réel aux associés.
  • Participer à l'élaboration de stratégies de fidélisation des clients et à la mise en œuvre de plans d'action pour générer des revenus.
  • Assurer une communication efficace au sein de l'équipe pour maintenir un environnement de travail collaboratif.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

  • Expérience réussie en tant que conseiller à la clientèle avec un fort esprit d'équipe.
  • Diplôme d'études supérieures souhaité.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, avec la capacité d'influencer et de motiver.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de vente au détail et des outils bureautiques tels qu'Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler selon un emploi du temps flexible, y compris les soirées et les week-ends.
  • La maîtrise de plusieurs langues, y compris l'italien, l'espagnol, l'anglais ou le mandarin, est un atout.
