As a pivotal member of the Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a dynamic team, inspiring and motivating them on a daily basis. Your role will be essential in driving sales, providing an outstanding client experience, developing talent, and ensuring smooth store operations. Your entrepreneurial mindset, passion for the brand, and retail knowledge will significantly enhance the customer and associate experience.
In the capacity of Sales Supervisor, you will assist in implementing client relationship strategies and offer immediate coaching to team members on the sales floor. Your active presence will promote client satisfaction and build trust with both clients and associates, thereby maximizing revenue. You will also be responsible for fostering effective communication within the team.
To thrive in this position, you must lead with integrity, work collaboratively, be intellectually curious, strategically minded, adaptable to change, and results-oriented. As part of the management team, you will set an example by driving sales both personally and through your team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven success as a Client Advisor and a strong team collaborator
- Preferred educational background: College/Post-Secondary degree
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire
- Familiarity with retail systems and office software
- Flexible availability to accommodate various scheduling needs
- Additional language proficiency is a significant advantage
