About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Align the entire team on driving sales and providing an excellent client experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and associates to drive revenue
- Develop and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates
- Ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team
- Drive sales personally and through the team
Requirements
- Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor in results and strong team player
- College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team
- Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
- While not required, Italian, Spanish, English, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
