Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, Diapering, and Feeding Infants and Toddlers
  • Maintaining Daycare Equipment and Ensuring a Clean and Safe Environment
  • Engaging in Storytelling, Teaching Songs, and Leading Activities
  • Assisting Early Childhood Educators in Carrying Out Programs and Keeping Records
  • Encouraging Creativity through Art, Dramatic Play, Music, and Physical Activity
  • Preparing Snacks and Arranging Rooms or Furniture for Lunch and Rest Periods
  • Submitting Written Observations on Children to Early Childhood Educators or Supervisors
  • Establishing and Maintaining Collaborative Relationships with Co-Workers and Community Service Providers
  • Planning and Maintaining an Environment that Protects the Health, Security, and Well-being of Children
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience
  • Punctuality, Dependability, Efficient Interpersonal Skills, Excellent Oral Communication, Flexibility, Judgement, Reliability, Team Player, Creativity, Honesty, and Ability to Multitask
