About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a high level of professionalism
  • Ensure guests are made comfortable, informed of wait times and special events
  • Control seating to maintain service levels at the highest level
  • Provide professional food and beverage service to all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Deliver food & drinks to tables
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
