Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Stewarding and Dishwashing Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial dishwashers and wash glassware and other items by hand
  • Wash and sanitize pots and pans, kitchen equipment, and utensils
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitization of all surfaces, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Recycle and remove trash from all areas
  • Ensure floors and work areas are clean, dry, clear of hazards and obstructions
  • Follow and adhere to ALLSAFE health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Ability to operate industrial machinery and lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
  • Exposure to kitchen equipment, sounds, fumes, chemicals, working in hot, humid & cold environments
