We are a leading provider of heating services in Edmonton, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Prepare financial reports, including trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
    • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
    • Experience with MS Office and other accounting software.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
