We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Reads Heating Edmonton. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to our HR department, including maintaining employee records and coordinating benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience in using software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
