Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Wheel King Transhaul Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations.
  • Operational Coordination: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate work records and logs, and perform general office duties.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Compile data to prepare documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Supervision and Teamwork

You will be working closely with a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
