About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Expert to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a Machine Learning Expert, you will play a key role in developing and implementing machine learning solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into actionable machine learning solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to identify opportunities for machine learning applications.
  • Ensure machine learning models align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Work with development teams to deploy and support machine learning models in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI, applying this knowledge to improve application performance and benefit the team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, database manipulation (SQL), statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience in developing and working on real-world machine learning projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in deploying models to production.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins,...) and MLOps (MLFlow).
  • Experience with containerization techniques (Docker & Kubernetes).
  • Experience with mentoring junior team members.
