Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Administer medications and provide wound care as needed.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking and using a wheelchair.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.

Requirements:
  • Geriatric Certificate

  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
