Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at HomeCleans in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

About the Role:

As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
  • Manage medication and provide reminders as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
