Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cebuchon BBQ II Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
