Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at ToeToSoul Relax Lounge. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for spa staff, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of spa staff, and provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
