Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at ToeToSoul Relax Lounge. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Operations: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Staff Management: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
