About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at ToeToSoul Relax Lounge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Coordinate and schedule spa services and treatments
    • Ensure efficient use of spa facilities and resources
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met
    • Respond to client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Requisition and order spa supplies and equipment as needed
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure high-quality spa services and treatments are provided to clients
    • Monitor and maintain spa facilities and equipment to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa or related field
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Setting
    • Spa environment
