Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
