Position Overview:

Enns Brothers is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to join our team at the Winnipeg West location. This role is pivotal in enhancing farm operations by driving efficiency and productivity improvements. You will collaborate with various dealership departments to promote and support precision agriculture products, services, and solutions. This position is customer-facing and plays a crucial role in the Customer Experience throughout the CRM process.

With over 60 years in the industry and 9 locations across the province, Enns Brothers employs 350 individuals who have established a reputation for reliability, integrity, and community involvement. We prioritize local management and actively contribute to the communities we serve.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product information and operational performance guidelines to the enterprise, ensuring the sales team is informed about new developments.
  • Participate in beta testing of new products and services, contributing to market development.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for both internal and external audiences, including AMS.
  • Provide quotes for AMS/liquid kits and related products.
  • Assist in complex installations in collaboration with the service department.
  • Support Sales in equipment demonstrations, involving hands-on operation in both demonstration and custom application settings.
  • Market optimization services.
  • Facilitate new equipment startups, PDI, and warranty claims.
  • Develop a network of farmers and experts for various products.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to educate and convey actionable information.
  • Proficiency in operating various farm equipment.
  • Familiarity with agricultural software.
  • Understanding of current farming best practices and challenges.
  • Mechanical aptitude.

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clear abstract.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in teaching and conveying actionable information.
  • Ability to operate a variety of farm equipment.
  • Knowledge of farming software.
  • Awareness of current farming best practices and challenges.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
