The **Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator **will perform a wide range of duties including but not limited to the following:
- **Administration, Order Processing and Customer Service**_
- Answer general phone calls from customers, vendors and sales representatives ensuring the full adherence to the company’s high standard of customer service.
- Enter, Process and Ship orders to customers.
- Prepare and administer the required paperwork for third party warehouses.
- Arrange logistics in order to ship product throughout Western Canada and the US.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing transport companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.
- Work closely with our customers to address any inquiries and concerns regarding product availability and shipments.
- Provide quotes to new and existing customers when required.
- Scan all shipping paperwork and accurately save them on OMEX’s internal portal for record keeping.
- Liaise daily with the Production Department to ensure timely manufacturing of products to ensure adequate inventory levels available for sale. This includes properly assigning and moving products to the appropriate warehouses for consumer sale.
- Help during the busy season in preparing and printing labels for the Production Department.
- Contribute and implement new ideas to help improve and produce ideal operational processes.
- Process monthly inventory counts for external warehouses.
- Provide administrative support for sales team, including but not limited to printing brochures and organizing travel and meetings when needed.
- Assist management with various projects and assignments, and perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Manage expectations and projects with a positive and professional attitude by always complying with the company policies and procedures.
- Sort incoming mail and courier deliveries for distribution; prepare and send outgoing mail and courier parcels as required.
- **Marketing Coordination **_
- Manage the entirety of the tradeshow season schedule, including all registrations and hotel or travel bookings.
- Help create and manage content intended for OMEX’s social media platforms to support promote the brand among customers.
- Post blogs and other educational materials to the company website.
- Design and implement digital and other creative marketing strategies with the goal of driving traffic, brand recognition and sales.
- Research, review and purchase promotional items and clothing for tradeshows and sales objectives.
- Create and print brochures for the sales representatives when required.
- Create, update and prepare product labels for production when required.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Graduated or graduating (Business or Agriculture preferred) from a post-secondary institution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and all social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking with the ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
- Proven ability to pay attention to details, role-related accuracy and task follow-through.
- Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels (e.g. Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouses).
OMEX offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits program. Transportation will be required as public transportation is not available to Oak Bluff.

Pay: $35,471.31-$48,329.32 per year
