Job Title: Intake and Information Management Support Staff

VHA Home HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake and Information Management Support Staff. This role is responsible for providing full clerical and administrative support to the Intake and Information Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and maintenance of client databases
  • Telephone support and communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitoring of electronic portals and fax systems
  • Service changes and updates
  • Compilation of data, statistics, and reports
Requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary education and training
  • Minimum of two years related work experience
  • Superior computer and data entry skills
  • Culturally competent and effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
