Rug Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Rug Cleaning Foreman/Woman to join our team at MG Cleaning Services. As a key member of our cleaning operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our workers.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our equipment is in good working order.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor quality and production levels to ensure our high standards are met.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles to the highest standards.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
