Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rug Cleaning Foreman/Woman to join our team at MG Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning equipment and machinery, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of our cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
