Job Title: Rug Cleaning Foreman/Woman

MG Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled Rug Cleaning Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rug cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the cleaning of rugs and other floor coverings, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other operations.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards of quality and productivity.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for our cleaning operations.
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Train and supervise our cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure that our cleaning operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
