Rug Cleaning Supervisor

MG Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Rug Cleaning Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rug cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of rugs and other floor coverings, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Cleaning Equipment and Supplies: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to cleaning staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor Quality and Production: Ensure that all cleaning activities meet our high standards of quality and productivity.
- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
