Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and office coordination.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, and recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
