Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at LA MARQUEZA MEXICAN FOODS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively, and that they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and serve high-quality dishes.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand, while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and that all food is prepared and served safely.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience, and that their needs and preferences are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
