Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial and Business Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the division, as well as managing a team of senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the financial and business services division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of senior executives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the division, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of success in financial and business services.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
