Key Responsibilities
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Lead the sales team in cultivating relationships with business clients and managing contract negotiations.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and train staff members.
  • Oversee and guide staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative functions.
  • Direct corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Evaluate and manage daily operations effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals across various functions.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, database management, accounting software, and social media platforms.
