Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality products and exceptional service for total customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Concerns: Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Business Planning: Prepare and implement the Business Plan and annual Budget, ensuring targets are met.
  • HR Development: Foster growth according to the HR Director's Plan.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance rules and uphold company values.
  • Business Growth: Drive continuous growth and develop new business opportunities.
  • Legal Responsibilities: Serve as the BU legal procurator.
  • Strategic Management: Develop and manage the unit's strategic plan, identifying opportunities and recommending objectives.
  • Objective Achievement: Establish action plans and monitor progress to meet objectives.
  • Management Effectiveness: Enhance management through training, coaching, and communication of values and strategies.
  • Goal Setting: Implement short and long-term departmental goals and objectives.
  • Supervision: Oversee direct reports including Plant Manager, HR Manager, and more.
  • Safety & Quality Commitment: Represent and ensure commitment to Safety, Environment, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide updates to Regional Industrial Director and COO through formal presentations.
  • Company Representation: Build the company's image by collaborating with customers and enforcing ethical practices.
  • Professional Development: Maintain knowledge through workshops and networking.

Requirements:

  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in growing business and increasing sales performance.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated high-level leadership abilities.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in tooling, stamping, and welding assembly environments.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management skills and ability to analyze various data types.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong judgment and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Product & Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of unit products and Lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Project software.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German or Portuguese is a plus.
