VHA Home HealthCare is seeking a skilled Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely scheduling of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of healthcare services, including client appointments and provider schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, funders, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client information, service plans, and scheduling data.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare scheduling or coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of healthcare scheduling software and systems.
