Your Role with Us

As an Inside/Counter Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships by addressing product inquiries, managing the customer database, and processing orders efficiently. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will also provide essential support to our field sales and project management teams.

Your Contribution to Our Success

  • Customer Assistance: You will engage with customers in-person, over the phone, and at the counter to address their inquiries.
  • Impactful Service: Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be evident in your interactions.
  • Brand Representation: You will enhance brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and improving customer experiences, ensuring our corporate image is consistently reflected.

Who You Are

  • You possess 1-2 years of experience in inside or counter sales.
  • Your communication skills enable you to build strong customer relationships effectively.
  • You are adept at managing multiple tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Your interpersonal skills allow you to share knowledge and insights effectively.
  • Experience with AS400 is considered an asset.
