Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
  • Manage patient and physician scheduling, confidential records, payroll, and financial tasks
  • Implement and optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee human resource management and staff supervision, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to uphold high standards of patient care and service
  • Handle billing, collections, and financial administration, including budgeting and financial reporting

Requirements:

  • CPA designation or equivalent experience
