Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Services Manager to join our team at SLGCC.
Job SummaryThe Administrative Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This is a full-time position, approximately 35-40 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support a small team of office support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Office Operations: Oversee all aspects of office operations, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Budgeting: Assist in preparing and maintaining operating budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Communication: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, interacting with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 month of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
This position requires the ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
