Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service, food safety, and quality control.
  • Train staff on new procedures, policies, and products to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
