Transportation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team at CH Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods and ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Manage the finances and budget associated with transportation operations, ensuring that costs are minimized and efficiency is maximized.
- Shipping and Tracking: Arrange for shipping documentation and track the movement of goods in transit, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that goods are delivered on time.
- Policies and Standards: Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates and services, ensuring that our logistics operations are cost-effective and efficient.
- Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Planning and Evaluation: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all logistics operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all documentation and paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Work Under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
