Position Overview

3A Renos Inc. is seeking a dedicated **Concrete Finishing Specialist** to join our skilled workforce. This role involves working with concrete to create smooth, durable surfaces that meet precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Surface Preparation:** Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
  • **Compaction:** Utilize power vibrators to ensure concrete is compacted effectively.
  • **Leveling:** Adjust the top surface of concrete according to specified grades and depths.
  • **Height Work:** Perform tasks at heights using scaffolding or swing stages.
  • **Finishing Techniques:** Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • **Training:** Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices in the field.
  • **Installation:** Set anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
  • **Surface Treatment:** Apply hardening and sealing components to enhance surface durability.
  • **Restoration:** Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces as necessary.
  • **Repair Work:** Repair, resurface, and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • **Cost Estimation:** Estimate materials and costs for projects.
  • **Technical Skills:** Operate CADD and other software systems for project planning.
  • **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

  • **Physical Demands:** The role is physically demanding, requiring handling of heavy loads.
  • **Mobility:** Bending, crouching, and kneeling are necessary for various tasks.
