About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Paver Operator to join our team at Burlington Paving Company Limited. As a key member of our paving crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our paving equipment and contributing to the delivery of high-quality paving services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Equipment: Safely load and unload construction materials, such as concrete and asphalt, from trucks and equipment.
  • Paving Operations: Mix, pour, and spread materials to achieve a smooth and even finish.
  • Earthwork and Grading: Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a stable and even surface for paving.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Experience and Qualifications: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
