The Concrete Paving Specialist plays a crucial role in the construction industry, focusing on the effective handling and application of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Management: Load, unload, and transport various construction materials efficiently.
  • Material Application: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure quality and durability.
  • Site Preparation: Level earth to meet precise grade specifications for optimal paving results.
  • Paving Operations: Execute paving and raking of asphalt to create smooth surfaces.
  • Maintenance Duties: Conduct routine maintenance work to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Site Cleanliness: Remove rubble and debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications

Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in the field is preferred.
