About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at 3A Renos Inc. as a Surface Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Compaction and Finishing: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Structural Installation: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
  • Surface Restoration: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials for projects and plan work schedules accordingly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Operate CADD and other computer software systems, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Sound Discrimination: Possess sound discrimination skills to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
