Position Overview

The Residential Construction Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed production and progress reports.
  • Supervise and manage construction workers and various projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities to optimize workflow.
  • Oversee the training of apprentices in the field.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs for construction teams.
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects.
  • Advise on personnel decisions and actions.
  • Establish effective methods to meet project timelines.
  • Order and requisition necessary materials and supplies.
  • Manage procurement of equipment and other essential resources.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
