**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Data Specialist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our Digital Health department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client information across our province-wide network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Monitor data quality and collaborate with source system organizations to resolve data quality issues
* Facilitate continuous improvement in the quality of client information across source systems and processes
* Provide training to site contacts and application maintenance teams
* Work independently with minimal direction and protect confidential information
* Use analytical and methodical approach to investigate and resolve concerns and ensure technology systems are running optimally

**Requirements:**

* 5 years of experience using and training others on admissions/discharge/transfer (ADT) systems in a health information services environment
* 2 years of experience facilitating, developing and implementing business processes and policies
* Experience working under the Manitoba Personal Health Information Act and working with report development tools are assets
* Ability to work safely in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings, and to lift and carry items of up to approximately 10 kg
* Valid Manitoba driver's license and use of a personal motor vehicle
