Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving of parts, including data entry and inventory management.
  • Responsible for the timely pick-up and delivery of parts, ensuring prompt and efficient service to our customers.
  • Carry out administrative duties, including data entry and ordering parts as required.
  • Support in maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Assist in other shop duties as required, including shop clean up and yard organization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Solid organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to perform physical work, including lifting heavy items.
  • Proficient with basic computer programs for administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Parts and/or previous industry experience an asset.
