About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MR. SAM FOOD CORPORATION O/A FRESH BURRITO. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Hire food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
    • Standing for extended periods
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
