About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MR. SAM FOOD CORPORATION O/A FRESH BURRITO. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality and Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
