Job Summary

ConeTec Investigations Ltd. is a leading geo-environmental and geotechnical site characterization contractor with a global presence. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shop and Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shop activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and organization
  • Manage logistics and coordinate transportation
  • Serve as a liaison between the shop team, management, and other departments
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment
  • Perform light cleaning duties
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Organize warehouse and work areas
  • Perform general office duties
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Post-secondary education with a degree or technical diploma an asset
  • Experience in an operations or project coordinator role required
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Valid driver's license class 5 Driver's and clean driving record
  • Previous shop assistant or equivalent experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Working Conditions

The position is for full-time indefinite term of employment. The salary rate is $27.5 hour, 40 hours per week (up to 10 hours of overtime may be required from time to time). Group benefits include extended medical, dental, vision, LTD, RRSP. Language at work: English.
