Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse logistics activities of Onico Solutions, a leading logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Manage logistics, inventory, and data entry to maintain accurate records and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure seamless execution of logistics activities.
  • Create bills of lading and other necessary documents to facilitate shipping and receiving.

Requirements:

This is a permanent onsite position (37.5 hours/week) that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
