Job Title: Bilingual Funding Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Funding Coordinator to join our team at Honda Canada. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for processing lease and retail contracts, supporting dealers and customers with funding inquiries, and ensuring compliance with funding policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process retail and lease contracts through eBiz and the LOS system
  • Respond to dealer phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties related to contract processing as required
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Honda Canada's internal controls

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data processing and/or captive finance company
  • Bilingual French and English required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
