Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead our skilled crews in delivering top-quality projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing crews at various job sites, overseeing the installation of natural stone, interlock, and armour stone, as well as large soft scape projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage skilled crews to ensure timely completion of projects
  2. Oversee the installation of hardscape projects, including natural stone and interlock
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  4. Estimate and manage project costs and resources
  5. Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet client expectations
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  2. Proven success running commercial and residential landscape construction sites with a crew of 3-4
  3. Valid class 5 license is required or class 3 is an asset
  4. Experience operating landscaping equipment
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills
