Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead our teams in delivering top-quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead skilled crews to complete projects from start to finish
  • Manage crews at various job sites, including natural stone, interlock, and armour stone installs, and large soft scape projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven success running commercial and residential landscape construction sites with a crew of 3-4
  • Experience completing hardscape projects based on plans provided
  • Valid class 5 license is required or class 3 is an asset
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment
